its a play thats supposed to teach the tight end to cut underneath the db to get the ball. He didnt. Ryan threw it exactly where he was supposed to, the db was in position and made the tight end pay for being passive.

You literally hear a coach say "when he's there what are you gonna do?" Then you see shanahan look back and motion to the TE to cut underneath, and even see Matt Ryan raise his hand like "this dude here cmon" but jokes >> facts here.
