Don't worry when you go back to Trinidad you'll be home. Home...:blessed:

Wait, Cinna VA don't have an island spot where you reside? :dwillhuh:

Don't feel bad I was thinking the same thing. :russ:

I was looking like huh?:dwillhuh:

Lol yeah I know how you feel. When I first live in America I didn't know what the hell was a pancake or french toast waffle. :yeshrug:

I have to drive to it. At least in Jamaica, Queens, I lived right off Merrick Blvd. I had the West Indian grocery store and a beauty supply store on one side of the street, and a bunch of Jamaican/Haitian restaurants/bakeries on the other. And everyone sold beef patty and coco bread.

I need to find a roti shop and soon. I miss my island people. I should be going to T&T in August tho.

Bun looks cheap and dry. The Jamaican restaurant near me sells baked items like hard dough bread, patties etc but they have different prices for bun and the quality looks different. I prefer a semi moist bun:dame:

Haha there a little carribean joint by me that sells that for like 6 dollars, it's kinda unique tasting, I'd eat it again.
