People need to sgop acting like beef was common place to sell records in the 90's and 00's. It wasn't. G-Unit was the only entities that were known to make beef a part of album rollouts.

Nobody else was putting beef at the forefront of an album rollout. The music was still at the forefront. You look at All Eyez On Me. "Hit Em Up" wasn't even on the album. Album had #1 records that had nothing to do with beef. Biggie's Life After Death had subliminals, but "Hypnotize" went #1.
