Someone is going to have to explain to me what these "new charges" that OJ could be brought up on. I read a poster talking about the feds charging the Klan, but isn't that because of civil rights violations, which carries a different amount of weight to it? I mean they found him guilty or liable in the civil trial, but that was just a hollow victory.
