Homosexuality existed in Africa long before Europeans colonized us.
The real ‘Western influence’ were the colonial laws that made being gay a crime.

The most "successful" countries (median GDP, PPP, standard of living, life expectancy etc), either give zero fukks what you do behind closed doors OR...they're somewhat pro-LGBTQ.
There are exceptions such as the well-off Arab countries. United States is not as liberal as the Nordic countries but not as conservative as the oil rich Arabs.
In other words....these nikkas are trying to score brownie points on low hanging fruit.

But frfr....gay/lesbian issues are 1st world debates. Get yourself to respected world power status before worrying about what LGBTQ is doing. That's not going to put food on the table. It's not going increase industry or improve infrastructure.
