Wtf is going on in Cali that has USC, UCLA, Cal & Stanford all trash? When I was high school we all considered Cali the best state for prep football.

My cousin helps coaches a school in Sacramento & says a lot of kids are losing interest in football. Is that going on all over the state?

The whole Pac 12 is down in football & basketball. One of the worst times in history for talent in the state.

With that said, USC's problem is coaching, Cal is trending up with 2nd year HC Wilcox (going from 5-7 in 2016 to on pace to 8 wins this year), and UCLA has leaned on 20 freshman with significant mins playing a top-5 schedule. Stanford
