i don't let my trash accumulate to the point where i would need my tub.
frequent burns in the sink keep my trash low...besides, i would be afraid of my shower curtain catching fire.

I wouldn't. Them fire investigators are thorough. Don't think for a minute that once one of these sink fires gets out of hand and he burns the apt building down (offing the nosy neighbor) that it won't be traced back to him. News headline would be "Coli Arsonist Sinks to New Depths"

i should have had fans to begin with.
my cloths smell like smoke and my co-workers have commented on it.

I had the same problem until I started sorting the plastic out of the trash before I burnt it.
