He's my primary concern, not the driver. He wasn't getting his way and his first option was to up heat, that's crazy to me. I just think there's a million other ways to try to resolve that before he went to the strap. I said de-escalation, but I meant conflict resolution.

Can't do that with a lot of gun owners. The escalation was because the idiot had a gun. The mental effect guns have on morons is documented. Most people are not mentally fit to have one, they will escalate situations because of it.
