I hate seeing these minor altercations turn into life threatening situations. We need to practice more de-escalation.

I seriously doubt the guy who brandished a gun simply because he refused to wait for the next designated stop would suddenly act reasonably in time to hear a coherent argument about why his actions are unreasonable or why the driver declined his request.

De-escalation suggests the heat is already on..we need to learn to not even get there in the first place.
This begins with learning simple manners when addressing other people.

Goofy little 21 year old f*ggot was mad that the driver wouldn’t stop in between stops to let him off. Everybody knows that’s against the policy of virtually every city’s public transit system. Even if some drivers may do it anyway, trust me, they are violating a universal policy and they stand to face serious disciplinary action if caught.



I’m willing to bet breh started packing heat on his shift after that other driver was shot and killed in a road rage incident last February.

Personally, I believe drivers should either have armed security on the bus, or be allowed to strap up themselves. And this incident shows exactly why. They deal with some of the craziest people in the city, day after day.

Bus driver here in Richmond had someone pull a gun on a bus and try to grab the wheel.

Lotta weirdos on buses. So as long as they disclose to the employer why not.

I’ve come to the conclusion that companies would rather you die than have them fight a case against an assailant, or their family, who sues the company.
