That came out in '92. Noreaga didn't come out until like '96, and no the South was not better than East Coast or West rap. :camby:

East Coast rap albums from '92
Redman-Whut? Thee Album
Pete Rock & CL Smooth-Mecca & The Soul Brother
Diamond D-Stunts, Blunts & Hip Hop
Lord Finesse-Return of the Funky Man
Kool G Rap & DJ Polo-Live and Let Die
EPMD-Business Never Personal
Eric B. & Rakim-Don't Sweat The Technique
Gangstarr-Daily Operation
Showbiz & AG-Runaway Slave
Das EFX-Dead Serious

West Coast rap albums from '92
Dr.Dre-The Chronic
Ice Cube-The Predator
The Pharcyde-Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde
Compton's Most Wanted-Music to Driveby
Spice 1-Spice 1
Too Short-Shorty The Pimp
DJ Quik-Way Too Fonky

South had better albums than those?
