I understand what you're saying.

And I agree...but that's not stopping THEM from coming through and trying to live there. They are already slowly but surely creeping further south into brooklyn....that's for the people that are dying to live in NYC at any costs...

Yeah its pretty coo. Theres a shop right next door to my favorite restaurant. Actually theres shops everywhere in denver, block after block. they taxing like a mugg and white people seem to own all of em. id rather buy from my weed man tax free, but its so convienent to hit a shop up and have selection galore :blessed:

that store was in prospect heights on vanderbilt ave not bushwick and of course it's closed now. it was a stupid idea to begin with: who the hell is buying mayo like that from a local neighborhood store and in a high rent area to make it profitable:dahell: some of these hipsters got wayy more money than sense

It's funny, I'll be driving through like the blackest parts of Bed Stuy to get to my apartment and magically I see a lily white establishment (like a coffee shop or vegan eatery) on the block where nothing but white people work and congregate. Where they type type type on their macbooks and check their iphones.

These places become safe havens for white interlopers and gentrifiers to congregate at.

These places rarely hire black or brown people...some asians...but they are hipsters/interlopers/gentrifiers like their white counterparts.

some of what you're saying is true but then again there are a few black business owners doing quite well from whites patronizing their businesses in gentrifying hoods

Basics. You're seeing that in places like DC now. Surrounding PG county Maryland nearly has worse crime rates than the inner city.

And to dude who said he has hope that Atlanta will remain unscathed, unlikely. Look at Moreland Avenue/East Atlanta/4th Ward... a change is a'coming.
