The sad reality is that if you were white and born in California, there would be a hedge fund willing to bankroll the idea. The app development would be very very very easy. You would just need funding for advertising to get the word out. Picture something like how door dash was signal boosted post pandemic by venture capital firms


There is a definite need for this concept on the market. If you ever went through with it, then you could start locally in one city for 40ish thousand on radio ads and you'd be up and running.
