I've been putting this idea off for years. I see it as a side thing and passion project. It'll take time but I got it. Even if it ain't a thing until my kids(I don't any yet) are old enough to play it.I'd love to make a game too but I don't have time atm to learn C# and unity. One day, one day...

I would start a production company that releases high quality educational videos for children through youtube.
For a non profit I would like to have a garage that fixes up cars with at risk youths. If the kids graduate with a certain gpa, starting with the kid with the highest gpa, they get the to pick which car they want to have at the end of the year and so forth.

i think it would cool to start an exotic petting zoo.
Have cool animals like camels, ostritches, llamas, etc that people could ride. Would try to get at least one miniature elephant as well.
Even have some baby foxes, pandas, koalas, etc for petting.

my dream would be to open a lounge but has the dim lighting and dope rustic/artsy aesthetics and super comfy couches and break out spaces....
and it plays nothing but 90's and early 2000's hip hop
and have a dope chef serving amazing tapas and dishes......would call it the 37th chamber...
have certain nights dedicated to artists and their features during the week and more mixed on weekends and feature 90's mixtape djs and and such ....
there's nothing like that now...everything is trendy or top 40 music etc. there's nothing for us aging millennials that want to go out but not to a club but a chill lounge with familiar music great food ...hang with your boys or take a date..
