no no you are doing it wrong bud

Listen, don't copy and paste the url from the address bar
go to the IG page, click on the video or image, and next to the username it will say followers, next to followers it will have 3 dots, click on that 3 dots and then click on copy link.

Then come here and copy and paste, do not put it in the media tag, it auto puts it
only copy and paste, no need to embed
