its always that 1 nikka at the gym who always does upper body exercises but do no type of cardio and have chicken legs :russ:

The heart and lungs need conditioning just like every muscle

HIIT and LISS cardio is very good for your body.

No point being big and can't even jog or play sports

So yo, I kinda gotta give him props. He didn't bring the bar all the way down and he got a little assistance on the 5th rep, but other than that he legitimately got it.



Unless you account for the anabolic steroids he was on when he lifted that. :pachaha:

First, I find it hard to believe that Busta Rhymes, even with a spot, is throwing up 315. Not that that's crazy heavy, but look at him, nikkas out here looking terrible bro. And second, "rappers at the gym" Not already being a Chappelle skit is demoralizing.
