When nikkas were naming matchups they'll like to see in the beginning of this verzuz shyt. The one thing i kept hearing was "they gotta be in/around the same era". Somebody would name a artists and another nikka will be like "nahhh too far apart". But now when TI mentions the exact same shyt...he ducking LOL. No, Ti vs Busta was NEVER brought up in these discussions. Busta vs Missy, LL, Nas....

No disrespect to TI but I think Busta would wash him and not for the reasons mentioned in this thread. Busta brings a certain kind of energy that would make it hard for almost anybody to beat him in this format. Tip could play Bring Em Out and Busta could top that level of energy with something like the Ante Up remix. This ain’t a good matchup. I wanted to see Busta against Snoop

When TI was popping his shyt, he was going against NY PERIOD. HE wanted smoke with ANY NY rapper. Basically saying he doesn't get the credit/love he deserves even though his catalog stands up against ANYONE from NY.
He gets called out, but now he juelzing. And y'all in here making excuses for his ass
Which leads me to believe that whole schtick was publicity stunt/attention seeking knowing that 50 would never do it.
