Busta has been a part of many all time great tracks, it's good TI declined, he wouldn't stand a chance. TI should battle Ludacris or something.

What about those young dudes? That never bothered to listen to older artists? If anything Fat Joe and TI is a better matchup than TI vs Busta.

Busta has songs with eeeeeevvvvvvveerybody, and his sound isn't solely East Coast.
Yup, Busta is crazy versatile, he did songs with southern rappers, with chicago rappers, with west coast dudes. When you can flow like that, possibilities are endless. When you go last on a track with biggie and LL you know you're the real deal.

Bad matchup.
TI would've washed Busta though.

Busta vs Red & Meth might be in the works

Where did you hear this? :patrice:

:ohhh:.....:merchant: if true,

On paper - that would be a war.

If we're getting into tag team matches though - Busta clicking up with Q-Tip would be :wow::wow::wow:

T-Pain vs Lil Jon? Babyface vs Teddy? even RZA and Premo are from 2 different eras.
None of theme came out 10 years apart

T.Pain came out in 2004 and Lil Jon came out circa 97 (in terms of doin music for himself), RZA and Premo did not come out 10 years apart wtf :mjlol:

And I already posted about when Teddy and Babyface came out and that was not 10 years apart

Dawg just face it, Busta vs Tip is stupid and that's why it's not gonna happen and why Tip vs Jeezy is probably gonna happen

Babyface 1st came out around 77 and from a quick look Teddy Riley 1st started doin music in 84

Close but no cigar:lolbron:

And Busta debuted in '90-'91, I'm Serious was '99. Same thing....For me it's not about eras, Busta music is versatile enough that he can battle C/O '87, mid-'90s, late-90s legends. Half of the battles didn't make sense, not from a musical standpoint - Babyface vs Teddy...Storch vs Mannie. DMX vs Snoop aside from a dog theme made zero sense - not same era, not same type of music, not same type of rappers, different sounds...

People want to see Nas vs Jay, and they don't even make the same type of music. Busta would be a better matchup for Jay, and they aren't from the same eras.

Fat Joe would be perfect for TI. They make similar types of music - street ish with pop hits sprinkled in. Jeezy would be horrible for TI, since he doesn't have the type of hits.

Even in the "vs. 50" thread this was the common word: the south, the south south.

Man the world is waaay bigger than the South. 50 and Busta have real hits, that traveled the world not just some regional hits y'all forced to like because of "the souffff"
TI actually has bigger international hits than Busta lmao, this ain't Gucci you can't play that card

I said Lil Jon began doin music FOR HIMSELF as an artist in 97. That's when he debuted as a solo (well with a group) artist. Yea he was producing b4 that but cmon now lol

The Babyface thing yea u can have that one:lolbron: but that's an outlier lol

Where are you from talking about international hits?

I'm not talking about charts and shyt. I'm talking about club music and radio. I swear I haven't heard ONCE a T.I. outside underground radio...that if you move a bit you loose its signal.

In the clubs, full tracks? Never. Maybe the Live Your Life and they were using only the Riri part or her chorhs as a transition for other track.
