That one album is the only thing worth listening to that Buss has done in 20 years, pretty much.
I used to love his projects in the 90's. He's been borderline wack since It Ain't Safe No More...
If he can't get off on Dilla beats, he's done done.

I think his fake drug dealer talk on that album was lame, but Dre and them laced him.
Just about every solo album Busta has done has featured a Dilla beat on it.
There's BOATLOADS of unheard and unused Dilla batches still floating around.
