Norfeast groovin…
If anything, Pac didn’t require all of the extra lyrical tricks and literary devices to get his point across and have it resonate with people. Imo it’s one of the reasons why he’s superior. How can you be more basic but have a much wider range of topics. It’s like doing a whole bunch of fancy dribbling just to score the same 2 or 3 points the next player scored and they didn’t need all the extra effort for it.

I think it’s just the easiest and most obvious thing to award Big in this debate because by and large it’s not really a debate beyond that. But sure, Biggie definitely was more extravagant with the lyrics than Pac was. It’s what made him entertaining to audiences.

What he say?
That we (AA's) didn't create hip hop/have no culture & without Jamaicans & latinos, hip hop would've never existed or been created. nikka was wrong on some many levels & had many people afterwards getting at him for saying that dumb shyt

Yeah, he went into this whole bullshyt rant about Jamaicans & Caribbeans creating & being the founders of hip hop. I time stamped it bro & it's a long listen. It genuinely pissed me off

Being able to evoke emotion is more important than the lyrical miracle nonsense. Eminem is arguably the best technical lyricist but I don't 'get' anything out of his music. Same with Nas and Biggie.

"From the womb to the tomb, presume the unpredictable
Guns salute life rapidly, that's the ritual"

Cool rhyme but:

"And even as a crack fiend, Mama
You always was a black queen, Mama"

**starts crying**

God damn....
