2 days ago on Friday I was at the supermarket (I work there). Finished my order and was on my15 min break. I went to go pick up my paycheck at customer sercice and went on a line of one of my coworkers.

She is in the middle of an order on the lane where customers bag their own...and there is this guy joking atound with her. I guess over 21 ..mid 20s. Towards the end by the bags is an older woman rither in her early to mid late 40s.

Anyway he has alcohol in front and I miss the convo but the cashier makes a joke how he has a babyface like her (my coworker is underage) and the older lady at the end says "its true" and laughs.

so the coworker calls up front for a supervusor to scan the beer since she is a minor. I notice as he is paying my supervisor then walk all the way around to behind the front and picks up a container of cashews and out the blue yells out to thr lady bagging " miss are you gonna pay for these cashews you opened up and threw behind here

Broad didnt even seem ashamed or anything just said with a straight face "no its ok they were bad/nasty" and im holding my paycheck in my hand like my supervisor says something like "real nice" and walks back to the podium and she shouts out behind her back"Are you gonna pay for it fukko?"( thats not a typo...she really said "fukko". These cacs are so corny with their insults while the guy is finished talking she rrpeats the story as if he didnt see it himself.

He never said anything the whole time but whoever she was in relation to him I would be embarassed.

I kept picturing what would happen if my black ass opened a box of cashews ..threw it behind ...and actually didnt pay for it when confronted...

2. it's not like I was going to be rewarded
3. stopping people from stealing wasn't my job, someone in the store gets paid for that
4. I don't give a fukk

5. Even if I had it on cam, had finger prints and 3 testimonies they wouldn't have done shyt. because stealing is ok if you're white. these people do get caught red handed from time to time, never seen them in cuffs.

No joke this one time at lowes a guy stole a power washer and returned that shyt for store credit THE SAME DAY. Just had to spend some time arguing with the customer service rep
