He left the resturant around the time of the murders and nobody can account for that time.

If you actully follow the trial and researched you would know you that Marcia Clark , Chris Darden etc didn’t know about the pictures of oj wearing the the killers shoes a photographer from buffalo bills came forward when he found the 30 + pictures of oj wearing the shoes … he never discovered them til after the criminal case ….and they didn’t disprove them at all they knew the make and style of them shoes to the teee ….there was only a few hundred sold of them certain style in the u.s …. Civil cases have a lower standard of proof....which is why u think the picture of him is such a slamdunk...they were gonna make him lose that civil case regardless....look at what they did to him in vegas.

Let me say it again...there is no proof that OJ had on them shoes at the night of the killing, not in his car, not at his house and even the FBI/police said they couldnt find ANY record of him buying them shoes. Johnnie would have a field day with arguments like this.
