He said, "Mike, you don't have HIV, and you haven't been sick in over a year, but let's go ahead and check it out." I said, "Nah, doc. I want to be checked for EVERYTHING. No shortcuts."

Well he just called me. Which is fukking horrifying because its 830 PM. I picked up the phone and he said, "I'm just gonna say it. You're HIV negative and you don't have any STDs."

I'm "WHYD YOU HAVE TO START OFF LIKE THAT?!" :damn: :damn: :damn:2533

Getting tested tomorrow at the free gay clinic. Even though half the people who go there aren't gay it's the best free clinic in the bay

If you're sexually active, you should get checked every 6 months. Health dept does it for free. You should also make sure your partner is tested BEFORE you begin a sexual relationship.

I was in the doctors office on Friday taking my Grandma for her normal checkup, and this dude and his homie was up in there looking depressed as hell. A lot of the folks up in the clinic were wondering what was going on, and as his friend was walking out the door, I overheard him say "yea but you think its HIV do you? You think she was that foul?"

nikka was damn near in tears. I can't blame him either, that HIV label would be too much for me. I'd probably just wither somewhere in the corner for the rest of my life.
