I'm seeing this in Dallas area but Im looking at the $275k-375k range. People are buying and straight jacking up the prices by $100k.

I personally think Zillow is messing around with the Views and Saves totals. I see houses in the crappiest parts of Dallas with 100+ saves and the asking prices is damn near 300k. GTFOH

lmao I’ll be surprised if he ever gets that

this is the house listed for $9.5M—4615 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611 | MLS #O5995327 | Zillow

honestly I think $3.8M might’ve been too much…makes for an interesting news story tho

I’m gonna look to see what other houses are in the price range ($3-4M)

*edit*

ya that nikka might be buggin unless that is a prime area and it’s the land that ppl might want

here are other homes in the $3-4M range…

I'm in tampa and bayshore is the the top area in the city but that house is too small and it's bigger homes around there that's way less

I'm surprised it sold for 3.8

Is the area zoned for multi families or condo buildings? If so then I could see someone buying the house for the land. Other than that dude probably looking for publicity
