Looking at the comments. Oh she likes white men? I hate to say it but im not jumping in to protect her. Let the white men she loves so much protext her.

@Yas
@Gloxina

What y'all think? :ufdup:
Cashay dates all type of men, her ex boyfriend was a black guy from the show love island. Plus has Godfrey dated out of his race so what he says is irrelevant.

If white guys really tolerated her she'd be married and shytting out halfwhites. Aint ain't getting chose so that's why she's Blaming Black Men because she certaintly wouldn't be allowed to Blame white boys for not picking her.

Peep her profile :sas2:

I get dark skin women are fukked over by beauty standards, but man some of these social media women really fukk up this discussion when they go ahead and start propping up men of other races, and choosing to view them by their best but view black men by their worst.

It makes me feel stupid for caring when you realize their intentions were never pure

EDIT: oh yeah, and they NEVER return the same energy they want you to have if you as a black man talk about your own dating experiences
It’s not that their intentions aren’t “pure”; it’s that hurt people hurt people.

I’ll be honest- I’m “brown skinned” and have experienced men checking to make sure my veins are visible (that’s some old school shyt if ppl don’t know), ppl telling me “oh you’re not that dark”, “oh, well at least your hair isn’t, you know, you know (meaning kinky/nappy)”.

And with all that negros still looked me in my face and said “I usually only date LS girls but…”

So I get it. The caveat is that being brown and “attractive” means that you hear ignorant shyt but still slip in, or you aren’t “too dark” so you aren’t the stereotypical prize but no one is denigrating you or your man’s choice because everyone else thinks you’re too dark.

______________
This affects dark skin men, of course, but it hits women way more harshly because men are the pursuers and a woman has to be desired and considered attractive for a man to approach. When your community obviously has an issue with skin color you’re dealing with

1- being outside the standard of beauty of your own men who overwhelmingly would prefer a lighter woman (all things considered equal)

2- being outside the standard of beauty of mainstream society so you have to deal with a lot of your own men viewing you as a consolation prize AND stereotypes/issues dealing with mainstream society.

The type of insulting shyt that is said to/about dark skinned women, or just being ignored by men in general.

Like I’ve said before- when you are a beautiful dark skinned woman like Justine Sky, Kelly Rowland. Aja, Naomi Campbell, Coco Jones, etc you can walk in a room and get the attention of quality Black men AND quality men of other races.

Just like men with money have their pick of women even if they aren’t considered that attractive.

Beauty is the trump card for women, and in an anti-black /anti- dark skinned environment your beauty is downgraded unless it’s undeniable because you’re a dime.

There’s a reason why men say “when a dark skinned chick is bad she shuts everything down”. Why is that? Because people don’t expect to see or consider darker women “bad”. They look at lighter women as more attractive off rip.

Someone here called it the “light skinned stimulus” LOL

This lady has experienced that shyt and is describing her experience, and speaking out of pain.
White men certainly aren’t better, and yea- she may not be considered attractive by the top 10% of brehs (which does seem to be the complaint of a lot of women yapping online 🤔), but she’s ultimately speaking out of pain.

That “exotic”/mixed preference shyt is REAL. Any Black woman with “good hair” is expressly told how beautiful her hair is, how much her curls are loved, etc. Very few of y’all are fawning over true 4c kinky hair. You might prefer that a woman be natural for the sake of not being fake, but the true tell is when a woman gets an undetectable weave. The difference in treatment from our own men is telling.

I think the problem is....she gets fukked by White Men/Non-Black Men

She should close her mouth when it comes to Black Men. She needs to keep us outta her fukking mouth
