For the sake of keeping it simple (because I actually have a MAJOR in Biology) I will state this...

(1) If you have the same "blood" as somebody, you are RELATED...Blood and Relation are NOT mutually exclusive, and as you have pointed out, they are NOT mutually inclusive either...

And when I am using "blood" I mean DNA...But I am keeping it simple...

(2) Since, blood is NOT the opposite of relation, that Biggie line is doesn't make any logical sense...It is essentially a dumb line, that was well delivered....

You get your "blood" from relations...Unless you are Adam the first man according to literal Biblical ducktales...

Again, blood and mutually exclusive nor inclusive, therefore that line DOES NOT stand on any logical basis...
