-Killed Cell and saved the world

In contrast by the time Goku hit 12:
-He was living with a dragon ball that he thought was his grandfather
-Patting Bulma to see if she had a penis
-And barely being able to count to 12

Nah he was definitely 9 in the manga (10 physical age due to the room of spirit and time) and 10 in the anime because the dub had him at 5 instead of 4 (11 physical age as shown in that filler bday episode).
