Do you want your data collected by some private western companies, or by companies related to fukk knows where in china. And china is even more about surveillance, than america. Those private western companies are subject to subpoenas and data requests that some chinese companies wouldn't be depending on their business presence in western countries. chinese authorities don't have any legal power over westerners.
