not like byron is that bad coach of a coach, its just that if you cant win more than 25 games in 3 seasons as a head coach you'll be outta a job faster than Usain bolt

If anything their damn GM should be fired.

I'm sure B. Scott could have done a better job and got maybe 10 more wins but that is a poorly constructed team and outside of pick the obvious choice in Kyrie, they have done a terrible job in the draft and in free agency.

But they got some good picks coming up, and plenty of cap space so they could turn it around, but Cleveland always find a way to fukk sh!t up

That roster is not that bad, especially when Varejao was healthy. Scott killed those players in practice and training camp like Scott Skiles used too, and he never preached defense his entire time there. If anything, Byron probably contributed to the insane amount of injuries they had this season. They just got tired of him and gave up.

Matter fact , there's a lot of really good FA coaches out there.......Stan , Phil , Sloan , Jeff , Nate , etc.

Happy for Byron, now he can coach a real team. The cavs wanted it both ways, they wanted to loose for a draft pick but then fire the coach for loosing. Scott can golf now and collect checks for all of next year.
