That's how that one dude died. It's stupid to allow the bar to roll on your neck like that. shyt almost snapped her in half. And main reason why you should always squat inside a cage.

wow what a shytty ass spotter. that's really all it is. fukk that guy. he isn't even low enough to spot her himself! then he isn't even close enough and has to move one foot forward unevenly when he should already be in a position to lift her up???? and he doesn't even look like he is fukking lifting anything, just hovering her and touching but not even helping. why in the fukk would she trust some douche like that to spot her smh.
