Since when do handicap people need to carry around a doctor’s note that their legs don’t move, and since when did police have the ability to give on scene medical diagnosis as to a person’s cognitive and physical conditions instead of treating him like a rabid dog? Dragging him on the ground when it’s clear from the positioning of his body and mechanical vehicle adjustments that his legs aren’t functional. Not everyone has a lawyer on retainer to dial up at a traffic stop. But I’m sure that shouldn’t be a problem for him in the future, when he sues the fuk out of that department.

You get a special license when you're paraplegic. Once dude said "i will help you get the car" he probably should have just went with it. I mean if a paraplegic car can't be searched, then every drug dealer would use them as mules.
