Being as how all the mentally fukked up love Seattle,it's almost guaranteed dude is fukked in the head ..They tend to just stay on the streets and getting no mental help until they do something really wild. That guy will be in a psych ward for a little bit then get released to a shytty shelter and the process repeats. I'VE seen it happen as I'm in a shelter right now surrounded by all these crazy nuts.

Most of this shyt wouldn't fly on the east coast...Seattle/San Fran are soft on homeless...they fukking have safe zones to shoot up and shyt.
