Think about how Vlad and all them purposefully frame their content to be centered around perceived gang violence to get outsiders to watch.

The people that make these bloggers famous think they know about situations and experiences that don’t pertain to them, but they only know the worst because that’s what gets views.

That video about dude handing out blankets to the homeless made me feel some type of way because I’ve known good people like that who are only trying to be good day to day without knowing how to get themselves of a bad situation.

I don’t have some fairytale view of gangs and shyt but these vloggers and pages know exactly what they’re doing- and it’s not trying to shed light or uplift anyone. They’re desensitized, monetized, and strictly for their own profit.

And that does extend to all of social media because a lot of people, not just young, are legitimately validated by their views and likes. Any page that consistently posts a positive message will get pigeonholed and never blow up like the ones who have the biggest influence and who sow discord.

I don’t think it’s anyones fault specifically…..but humans and capitalism are the worst ¯\_(ツ)_/
