Me and my brother were just talking about him the other day. Dude is in my top ten. Real talk.

Wont go that far. BUT, had his career not been cut short who knows. Dude was definitely a dope rapper. Seemed to have a good head on his shoulders. If he would have left no limit. he could have been a southern legend. instead of just another round out the tank. But he at least got to drop 2 pretty dope CD's

I should rephrase that. He is one of my favorite emcees. Last I knew he had some attorneys looking into his case pro bono, and they were supposed to be getting his conviction overturned.

I wanna say his parents was on lifetime or ID or one of those type channels. You could tell they were sick and felt he got railroaded. I really do hope dude gets out. Considered writing him, but was like nah. Just cause, what do you say to someone in that position. If he does get out I hope he sues the shyt out the city of New Orleans. Recently in Bham we had a brother do like 20+ years wrongfully aquitted and they trying not to give him a damn red cent.

I can't even imagine what that's like to be locked up that long knowing you're innocent :wow:. That's one of my biggest fears.

Last week, Murder released a statement about his hunger strike, which he says was aimed to fight against the conditions that he and other peers were facing inside the prison. He claims that the warden overseeing the prison was previously arrested for rape and has an "abundant" amount of complaints against him including sexual harassment, racism and assault.

And Corey won't be taken seriously by his own people because of his rap name :snoop:

Hunger strikes are kind of a joke to be honest. The human body can live months without food. Its also called fasting. But I understand what he is trying to prove.
