Keep in mind Jalen's mother died recently. He and Chris go way back, so I'd imagine that could have been what prompted the initial reconciliation (or at least what got them on speaking terms).

Fam me too...

I called my pops right after that too. I had met Jalen and his mother at the NBA players & mothers conference right after Jalen signed the 80 mil in Indiana. I remember a few of the other mothers were telling her about Jalen and how he's the big man now with his contract...She was just as humble and sweet as ever in that elevator. Very sweet and down to earth woman.
