The majority of Latinos in the NY area are from the Spanish Caribbean, and have obvious African admixture. I don't see Mestizo/Indians like Mexicans saying the N-word anywhere without getting into trouble.

mexicans in chicago, norcal and texas say it more than black people.

socal have some mexicans that say it,but they get in trouble by the eses for trying to act black and get checked by surenos for that shyt.

people like vnasty are clearly from the hood, she passes, ricky martin.....he is no where near that word for him to feel comfortable using it. Ricans in NY down i the trenches are. Its all influences and clearly theyre not trying to be racist or condescending.

One thing I hate is spanish people who just hang out with spanish people and say nikka, that shyt just annoys me. You know exactly who I'm talking about. They always act like their better than blacks, and copy their culture and everything but stick with themselves, I don't get that shyt.

Then there's the other type of latino, the one who does chill with other spanish people also but also chills with black people also and doesn't act like their better than black people (e.g. fat joe, pun, asap yams). we got of them of them nikkas in NY and no1 here cares if these type of spanish people say nikka. well i don't. i never seen a fat joe type nikka get itno a fight with a person over saying nikka.
