What I don’t get is if you are riding with no license and a small amount of weed on you why not put on your seat belt? The headlights thing was shaky but if you know you are driving illegally why do anything to bring attention to yourself?

Legally a cop can tell you to exit your car during a stop. In my opinion it’s useless to argue on the side of the road with a cop. 9 times out of 10 you are not winning.

What pissed me off was the cops pulled him over for not having his lights on in inclement weather when none of the officers responding had theirs on. That let me know that they just wanted to fukk with the dude. He even said his window doesn't roll down. Now was dude being stubborn, that's up for debate, but did it require the reaction from the police that it did, not at all. You can’t arrest a dude for resisting when he wasn't under arrest to start with.
