People also confuse why Sebi got off.Because he’s passing BS off as fact.
You know who else has been brought before the board, for bullshyt in the last few years?
Dr. Oz, and Deepak Chopra.
You know who would have been if they’d had a degree in anything? Sebi.
He needs to not use the “Dr.” in his name if he’s not going to be giving factual information.
Basically the courts decided that since he wasn't a doctor, it was hard to tell if he was "practicing medicine" and not just hawking bullshyt: Sebi, The Snake-oil Salesman

The idea was horrible because it assumed that the Black elite would be able to help pull up the remaining 90%, when you take a step back it was a similar idea to Reagonomics in that there would be a magical multiplier effect. The problem with DuBois's initial stance is that 1) The Black elite was not in a political, financial, or cultural position to bring the bottom 90% up 2) As Frazier emphasized the cultural underpinning of the Black elite were too shallow and not adequately mentally separated from misguided white cultural norms to effectively serve as the cultural pillars for the bottom 90%.and 3) Self interest etched in a class identity would lead to policy suggestions and institutions being setup in which there wasn't enough attention paid to the variables prevalent among the bottom 90% which in many ways were unique from the problems/expectations of the "talented tenth".
