i don't think it's right to accept money for something you aren't going to do, but nobody MADE people give him their money. If you give your money to someone without the finished product being done yet, that's a risk you chose to take. I would never do that, personally.

Who knows if that school is ever going to be built. Probably not, but maybe this will be a lesson to some people who like to donate to these nikkas
