Grindtime saved battle rap imo...people were tired of the smack-esque rappers @ the time and they created a slew of new stars.

KOTD is keeping battle rap interesting right now...URL channel is flabby and sick right now. I know they got something up their sleeve with NOME 4 and Summer Maddenss 4 but we'll see. KOTD is giving up classics right now.

This new culture of inclusion is why they suck.

In the 90s you risked being socked in the mouth stepping into a cipher without an invite no different than walking in someone's front door.
The result was that almost anyone that took that risk was nice, black or white.

Now anyone can rap. This newly emerged societal concept of turns, fairness, and equality means Kerr gets as many minutes as Jordan.

Whenever you change from a meritocracy to a liberal structure you get this sort of talent degradation.
