Cac crashed my whip at the car wash

So I'm at this car wash I usually never go to , especially on Saturdays since it's so busy .. To make a long story short this 18 year old cac just finished vacuuming & detailing my car and was driving it out to a tight parking space ... Mind you I drive a Cadillac DTS (a ship) . Next thing u know BOOOM ! He hits the back of someone's pick up truck attempting to park at a fucced up angle

One of my headlights was completely shattered at my front bumper was scratched up pretty bad. The back of the truck he hit was scratched , dented and what not ... and once again to make a long story short the police came out and documented of the accident , and I find out the kid operating my car didn't even have a drivers license , although I don't know the carwash's policy regarding that ... Should I get a lawyer and try to sue or should I just let the insurance companies handle this ? I'm trying to milk this to get as much money as I can to go along w/ my tax refund.

You are only going to get the cost of repair plus depreciation. Maybe you can take it to an auto body dude that will say he bent the axle or did frame damage but dont count on it. If someone was sitting in the pickup truck they would have got paid though.
