state by state thing there... maybe negligence. talk to a decent attorney if you want. it usually costs more to sue than you'll receive.

do make sure you receive the reduced value for the car being in an accident from insurance company.

buy a sensible car not a boat while you're at it, brah

just be happy your car didn't kill anyone, that happened out here last year sad stuff.
