Regardless of the intent, reasoning etc if a white person saw a black person or minority defacing public property they would stop it.
Even if a black person was doing something nice or good, I've seen black people painting over graffiti or whiting out graffiti and white people like "what are you doing?!? I'm calling 911 this isn't your property!"
I understand why black people are skittish to intervene. I would intervene. I know she's doing it to cause a problem but it's not her property and I'm not gonna stand by and watch her deface public property, regardless of her intent
