This thread reminded me to call my GEICO lawyer just now. I got rear ended, and this african fukker that hit my car has cut rate insurance and thus they didn't pay the claim so GEICO had to repair my car. it's been damn near 4 years and GEICO is suing them to get their money back, including the $1000 I paid as a deductible. went to court over it last month and we won the judgement. shyt has literally taken YEARS to recover my $1000 due to the other cat having substandard insurance. that shyt should be illegal for an insurance company to simply refuse to pay a claim when they are at fault.

My coli 6 figure 6 cert brethen know them adaptive xenon headlights are at least 1500 to replace for just one

Said he didn't want to get insurance involved if he could help, already had a police report of the accident and multiple witnesses so cool, I gave the the cac an estimate, from the official BMW repair center, shyt was like 2500

Nikka said he'll send the check to my repair shop on some im not giving this nikka money directly shyt im going to decide things for him like the cac i am,

im like bruh you hit my shyt, you dont get to make the rules nikka

but whatever we balling over here so we dont need no cac money so i tell him to hit up the repair shop and send that check so i get my shyt fixed

Cac hit the repair shop up to send the check like they was like we need it from GhettoDenizen nikka wtf is you doing

So they hit me up and was like we dont know who this cac think he is but he cant be sending us money directly for repairs he needs to write that check out to you and you come in because of liabilities etc

I call the cac up, basically saying bruh i needs that 2500 yesterday or imma have to get the insurance companies involvedon my best cac shyt

Cac concedes. Ghetto Denizen gets 2500, gets headlight off ebay and replaces it himself. Pockets 1900

Bumped into this white chicks mazada 3, her front bumper came off. She told me I had to give her $350 for repairs (her car was on a lease) told her to eat a dikk. (Were both 18 at the time) My friend hit me up and he has a mazada 3 and told me he fixed her car. All he had to do was pop the bumper back in. Cac tells me he will pay tha shop and not me

I said just cash me out, he said "you just want tha money for yourself"

I said tha fukk duz it matter to you??! You hit my shyt and told me not to go through insurance....now this CAC has tha nerve to tell me how to spend my money he owes me

Plus tha estimated repairs were like $2500 to $3000....and this cac wuz tryna lowball me with $1000 thinking I'm desperate for his dirty cac money

long story short he want me to sign a contract stating he paid me tha money and have everybody in my family sign it I said yiu taking this way too far, this between me and you, if you don't wanna give tha money you promised then I'll just report it to insurance, I'm doing you a favor by not reporting it.....

Cac had tha nerve to get mad at me talking about "are you trying to threaten me!"

I had enough at that point and just reported tha shyt to insurance, they assessed tha car and said it wuz beyond repair and cashed me out $3700 (value of tha car), and I got to keep my car

And they probably raised tha fukk outta that CACs monthly insurance for causing an accident
