Multiple people chasing him had guns, but if you fire a handgun while running, and trying to hit someone else running on a crowded street, then you're a fukking idiot. You are WAY more likely to catch someone with a stray than you are going to hit the guy you're aiming at.

And the first shot was at a car dealership, so I don't think most of the people chasing him had actually seen him fire or knew the circumstances. There were just a bunch of folk in the crowd yelling, "He shot someone! He shot someone!" and other people took action.

nobody said anything about firing while running. my comment is about big mobs of people hanging around dangerous places with no ability to do anything when fascists start upping the ante, which at this point should be expected.
