This is what happens when people treat 'hip hop culture' and 'black culture' as the same thing. They strongly overlap, but it's not the same.
Michael Rapaport been around hip hop culture for decades. Him having a hip hop opinion (about how someone raps for instance) is valid.
But him having an opinion on whether or not Dapper Dan is a c00n, he's clearly overstepping boundaries. That's not a hip hop conversation, it's a black one.
