You got people who genuinely are doing wild stuff because of their upbringing due to white supremacy. On the other hand you got brehs out here robbing/stealing/killing just because.

if you want black community to hold its own accountable, that's fine. the idea that it should be retributive, is not.

before we come to the conclusion that brehs are doing bad shyt "just because", perhaps we should give them the same benefit of doubt you just gave non-black people by attributing their actions to white supremacy. that removes the autonomy of brehs and absolves them of accountability. judges taking young black men's lives away through excessive jail time will not inherently solve crimes in black communities. its mostly never transformative and the mechanisms in place for when they do serve their time dont allow for them to reintegrate into society. they cant vote, get jobs, and often that leads to recidivism. none of the justice system, as it is now, actually works.

because in america, it is an either or system; that's the point. either you're white and receive softer sentences or black and receive harsher sentences for the same crimes. there is no in between. the judicial system in the US has never, ever benefitted the average black person.

so before we insist that a broken system hammer black people, it needs to be fair. otherwise youre kicking someone that's already down.

You lost me here as I’m pretty sure I stated a lot of issues in the community can be traced back to white supremacy.

And I can def speak on brothers doing shyt just because. I see it everyday…shyt someone I know got popped a few weeks back doing a robbery. Fam had hella experience in warehouse & was making 25+ an hour at one point. He young & wanted to run them streets.

I got plenty other personal examples. On the flip side I can give examples of said white supremacy. I don’t know where you at but I’m in Chicago & see the fukk shyt daily

Just going back to my main point tho seeing posters get offended anytime we ask for violent behavior against our own to be punished is crazy.

Yes shyt is fukked up on both ends but the energy ain’t being maintained. I’ve written & spoke to alderman offices about recommendations I believe will help the community. I’ve donated, spoken to brehs about bettering themselves, volunteered etc.

It gets frustrating seeing posters who I know haven’t done shyt & only see the black plight as entertainment.
