Bullshyt. That training happens in a controlled environment. Put that trained fighter in a setting with no rules and someone that is naturally physically superior and there is a good chance that he gets his ass whooped.

Majority of these trained people will be physically superior to untrained people
Fight training involves conditioning too, not to mention that the overwhelming majority of trained fighters were already involved in hella street fights prior, you gotta be a certain type to not only fight, but fight against other people trained and conditioned to do so competitively.
