People make mistakes in life, we are humans not robots.

It's called installing procedures and systems to prevent those mistakes from happening.

And even robots and computer programs will have errors and make mistakes because they are created by humans.

Now if someone is fukking up and slacking off now I have a problem with him.

This dude at work he was doing both and everyone was trying to get him fired so bad because his work was falling on us and he had a terrible annoying personality. He has gotten his act together recently started taking on more responsibility and ownership now we are cool.

I don't care what happened in the past, as long as you get your act together we can always turn a new leaf. If dudes acting like you shanked they momma in the shower and stuck your dikk up her butt and it's really not that serious. It's not like you were unapologetic or intentionally fukking up.
