He scuffed his Vapor Max the fukk up and he should’ve dropped it when the cop pulled up…. I would’ve been furious too but I’m certain he has insurance and he should’ve dropped whatever he had when the cop got there, he could’ve gotten himself hurt.

That is easy to say. I have had my catalytic converter stolen twice. First time I was pissed, but the 2nd time... let me tell you. The rage that was running through my body is something I have never felt before. So I like to think I would control myself, but if I had caught the person in the act I honestly don't know what I would do.

Cop showed up in the middle of the confrontation. that man was agitated holding something he could have easily gotten killed. listen to that audio. "drop it... NO..." Dude is so focused on getting revenge he is leaving himself open to the police who are more concerned with him/what's in his hand, than the man under the car...
not very smart. Now if he really want to handle it then why record it? if that man didn't fight back he would very much be able to sue him. when he said he wanted to press charges it's actually not unheard of for non violent thiefs to do that, all he legally might have been allowed to do was possibly detain him not beat him up especially if dude was never a threat..
the situation is all around stupid. just thinking a little can change most people's lives, when someone starts saying shyt like they don't care about going to prison you already know what time it is.
