I got a neighbor that just moved in across the street who rev's his motorcycle at 11pm at night and honks the horn for his wife to open the garage, he plays loud as reggaeton at 7am and his dirty ass dog shyts all over the place and they dont clean it up.

My neighborhood was so nice and quiet b4 they moved in. Its upsetting and I dont want to call the cops on them but its gonna have to happen soon.

I feel the sentiment of the CAC but he went about it the wrong way. Talk to the kids parents if anything.

It's a waste of time talking to the parents. A lot of the time these kids are showing the behavior that was modeled for them by their household. Best bet is to notify the HOA.

Not everything has to be handled with violence breh. You can simply walk away or at the most you can raise your voice if you feel some type of way. You don't need to make things physical unless it's a legit situation of self-defense, I don't think this was one of those situations.
